Clear Credit LLC is a licensed Credit Counseling Organization in the State of South Carolina and provides credit counseling and credit repair services to clients nationwide.

2. Description of Services Clear Credit LLC provides:

• Credit report review

• Identification of inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable items

• Preparation and mailing of dispute letters

• Credit counseling and education

• Ongoing follow‑up and support

Clear Credit LLC does not provide legal advice, tax advice, or financial planning services.

3. No Guarantee of Results Clear Credit LLC does not guarantee:

• Removal of any specific item

• A particular credit score increase

• Approval for credit, loans, or financing

Results vary based on individual credit history and bureau responses.

4. Consumer Rights (CROA Disclosure) Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA):

• You have the right to dispute information on your credit report for free.

• You may cancel your agreement with Clear Credit LLC at any time.

• Clear Credit LLC cannot charge upfront fees before services are performed.

5. Payment & Billing All fees will be clearly disclosed in your service agreement. No fees are charged before work is performed.

7. Limitation of Liability Clear Credit LLC is not liable for:

• Actions taken by credit bureaus

• Actions taken by creditors

• Delays caused by mail, bureaus, or third parties
